As one of the earliest manufacturers of Rapid Impact Compaction (RIC) equipment in China, we design, produce, and supply machines to contractors worldwide. Our machines have been proven in large-scale infrastructure projects, but we manufacture the equipment - we don't do the construction.

In-House R&D and Manufacturing

The Rapid Impact Compactor drop weights are available in 3.5 t, 5 t, 7 t, 9 t, 10 t, 12 t, 14 t, 16 t, and 20 t, with an effective compaction depth ranging from 1.2 m to 9 m. Every component is designed and manufactured in our own facility - from hydraulic systems to control units. Our company is built around product development, factory production, technical service, and long-term equipment support to contractors and construction companies.

From Military Technology to Civil Engineering Innovation

Cao Bin, the founder and chief engineer of Taian Hengda Machinery, is officially recognized as the inventor of hydraulic Rapid Impact Compaction (RIC) in China. Before founding the company, Cao Bin was a designer of China's strategic missile launch vehicles, bringing military-grade precision and reliability to civil engineering equipment.

In 2002, Cao Bin filed the founding patent for the "Impact Hammer," marking the birth of China's first domestically-developed hydraulic rapid impact compaction machine. By 2003, the first prototype was completed in Taian, Shandong Province. After rigorous testing by the Xi'an Highway Machinery Testing Center under the Ministry of Transport, the technology was evaluated by the Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission in January 2004 with the conclusion: "Domestically pioneering, reaching international advanced level."

Taian Hengda Machinery Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer with its own factory, specializing in the production and sales of hydraulic Rapid Impact Compaction (RIC) equipment. We supply equipment to construction contractors - we are not a construction company ourselves. Our technology had already proven itself on major highways across China. Today, Taian Hengda holds over 70% of China's domestic market share in RIC equipment manufacturing.

Can you quote RIC equipment on FCA, FOB, or CIF terms?

Our standard price basis is CIF Qingdao Port, China. FOB and FCA quotations can also be prepared when you provide the destination port. The quotation clearly identifies inland delivery, port charges, ocean freight, insurance, and export documentation included under the selected Incoterm.

What is the typical production and shipping lead time?

For one unit, delivery to the designated port in China is generally arranged within 30 working days after receipt of the advance payment. The schedule for multiple units depends on the confirmed quantity and models. The equipment is shipped in modules, and the referenced HC series arrangement normally uses one 40-ft open-top container.

What after-sales and remote technical support is available?

Remote video guidance is available for installation and troubleshooting. Using the machine model and serial information, photos, videos, and operating data, our technical team can help diagnose issues and guide inspections, adjustments, or component replacement. On-site service can also be arranged when required under agreed service conditions.

Can you supply warranty parts and long-term spare parts support?

Standard warranty coverage is provided according to the sales contract. We can supply cushion pads, hydraulic cylinders, sensors, control boxes, control cables, and other wear or support components for the relevant model. A recommended spare-parts package can be quoted with the equipment to reduce future downtime.
