Commercial, technical, logistics, and support answers for rapid impact compaction equipment
Yes. Our prices are based on CIF Qingdao Port, China.
For one unit, shipment to the designated port in China is generally arranged within 30 working days after receipt of the advance payment. For multiple units, the delivery schedule depends on the confirmed quantity and models.
The equipment is shipped in separate modules. For the referenced HC series transport arrangement, one 40-ft open-top container is used, and the shipment is generally divided into hammer, compaction foot, and boom.
Yes. We can provide standard export documentation required for shipment, including commercial documents and supporting paperwork as needed for the agreed trade terms.
Yes. All products are self-developed and manufactured by our company, and we can provide full intellectual property rights documentation. Our founder Cao Bin filed the founding patent (No. ZL02270354.3) in 2002, establishing China's first domestically-developed RIC technology.
Yes, CE certification can be provided for applicable HC models. If you require confirmation for a specific model, please contact us with the exact model number.
Yes. We can provide a selection of overseas project references in markets such as Saudi Arabia, UAE, Singapore, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Angola, Maldives, and other regions. Notable projects include:
As the equipment manufacturer, we do not directly execute on-site construction, so project design and implementation details are generally controlled by our clients.
We can arrange technical personnel to travel for installation and commissioning. Each technician requires a daily remuneration of USD 150, and the customer needs to cover transportation, accommodation, and meals. Assistance with entry procedures, such as invitation letters, is also required.
Yes. Remote installation guidance by video is available and is often the most practical option when on-site service is not required.
We provide standard warranty coverage and can also supply critical spare parts such as:
The hammer, hydraulic cylinder, and some components are sourced from qualified suppliers, while the frame and boom are designed and manufactured in-house.
Yes. The original excavator boom needs to be removed, and we manufacture a new customized boom after confirming the excavator parameters.
Yes. The excavator boom is included in the RIC supply scope.
After design improvement, all accumulators are integrated into the RIC unit, so no additional accumulator installation is required on the excavator.
The connection principle we use is the same as the quick hitch concept illustrated by customers in technical discussions.
All hammer rams, including the 5t, 7t, and 9t units, are made as solid one-piece blocks.
The specified ram masses are:
The rated impact energies are:
The drop hammer lifting height is 1.5 meters.
The drive cap has a welded assembly structure, and the compaction foot is attached to the frame with bolts.
Yes. Cushion pads are installed between the drive cap and the compaction foot.
Standard diameters are:
Customized compaction foot diameters are also available upon request.
The cushion pad is made from imported nylon raw material and has a melting point of approximately 230°C. It is designed to provide impact resistance, wear resistance, buffering performance, and noise reduction.
The typical blow rate range is 30-80 BPM (blows per minute).
Yes. The hammer control panel is included as standard.
Yes. A data logging system is available as an option and requires additional cost.
The system can record and display:
Data can be exported in Excel format.
Yes. Our rapid impact compaction systems have been used in China and international markets, including urban and airport-related environments, without known noise-related operational restrictions in those projects. The Hong Kong International Airport Third Runway project is a prime example, where 60+ units operated near active runways while meeting strict Hong Kong Environmental Protection Department noise control requirements.
