Construction technical characteristics of rapid impact compactor

Backfill construction effect of rapid impact compaction machine
(1) The rapid impact compactor is selected for the rib reinforcement of the abutment back subgrade, which can improve the compactness of the subgrade and reduce the settlement of the subgrade. The tensile strain force of the abutment back concrete is far lower than its standard value, which is a reasonable way of rib reinforcement. The construction technology clearly proposed in the experiment is more effective, and the selected filler is effective.
(2) The large dynamic stress caused by the rapid impact compactor when working on the subgrade is harmed by the compaction potential, the relative height of the compacted subgrade and the subgrade elastic modulus, and the compaction potential is the key influencing factor. The dynamic stress caused by rapid impact compactor increases with the increase of compaction frequency, slightly increases with the increase of relative height of compacted subgrade, and increases with the increase of compaction potential. The trend analysis of dynamic stress caused by first, second and third compaction is basically the same.
(3) The longitudinal dynamic stress caused by the rapid impact compactor decreases rapidly with the increase of depth, and the critical damage depth of stress is in the middle of 20~25m. The total width of the hazard of the compactor at the depth of 25m is about 15m.
(4) The dynamic stress caused by vibratory roller at the same depth of subgrade is about 16.0% - 20.0% of that of compactor, and the dynamic stress caused by small and medium-sized compactor is about 31% - 3.9% of that of compactor.
(5) The key to the increase of bearing capacity after subgrade compaction is within 25m depth. The average bearing capacity of the second and third grade areas within 25m is basically increased by about 20KPa and 30KPa respectively. The higher the compacted subgrade is, the smaller the increase of bearing capacity is.
(6) The settlement of subgrade base increases with the increase of compaction frequency, and its annual growth rate decreases with the increase of compaction frequency. The foundation settlement decreases slowly with the depth, and the deformation key appears in the range of 15m depth.
(7) The compactness of the subgrade surface increases with the increase of compaction frequency. The compactness of the subgrade in the three sections increases by 2.4%, 19%, 21% and 35%, 27% and 25% respectively in the second and third grades. The change of compactness along the depth mainly occurs in the range of 2m up and down.
(8) When the rapid impact compaction machine tamps in real time, the concrete at the back of the abutment produces elastic deformation, and the larger strain force increases slightly with the increase of tamping frequency, but it is not more than 10.
