Rapid lmpact Compaction working principle
Rapid lmpact Compaction lift the ram to a certain height with a hydraulic cylinder and release it. The ram accelerates its descent under the combined action of gravity and hydraulic pressure. Fall behind, hit the tamping plate with cushion, put static pressure on the ground, and then tamp the ground through the tamping plate.
Because the effect of the rammer on the ground is implemented by the ramming plate with cushion and static pressure on the ground, compared with the traditional compaction technology, its peak force is small, the action time is long, the function is soft, it is not easy to cut and fill the streamline, and it has the functions of dust prevention and splash prevention. Compared with the traditional surface rolling technology, its penetration is strong and uniform, it is not easy to form surface hardening in the foundation treatment, and it can obtain more uniform density in a larger depth range. As a general-purpose Rapid lmpact Compaction, in order to directly tamp the structure without tamping plate, the action mechanism of the ground has greater tamping strength than the traditional tamping technology (dynamic tamping, etc.), and it can also be used to break the ground and other structures.
Rapid lmpact Compaction working method
1.The compacted road section shall level the site in front of the compactor according to the construction preparation works.
2. The hydraulic rammer releases the compaction points on the Subgrade after the construction is completed and tested to be qualified according to the compaction standard required by the design, marks and numbers them with white ash, and then measures the initial elevation of each point according to the number. The position of measurement and setting out can be seen by hydraulic ram compaction to make the hammer point align with the point.
3. According to the compaction capacity, the hydraulic ram is divided into three levels: strong, medium and weak. Adjust the compaction to the strong level, compact the 3 hammer, measure the subsidence of the compaction point and record it.
4. Take every 3 hammers of strong gear as a group, accumulate and record the settlement of every 3 hammers. Until the 6th hammer, 9th hammer and 12th hammer are compacted by Rapid lmpact Compaction, the settlement of every 3 hammers is accumulated and recorded, and the relative compaction difference between the last 3 hammers and the first 3 hammers is not more than 10 meters.
5. After a single compaction point meets the requirements, the hydraulic ram moves the machine to the next point, three points left, middle and right each time, and three points in the next row.
6. The hydraulic high-speed test determines the minimum distance of the hydraulic tamper operation point. During strong compaction, the minimum distance between operation points shall not be less than 50cm. When the filling thickness at the top of the horizontal structure is not less than 2m, compaction can be carried out.
