Rapid impact compactor is mainly composed of tamping hammer, tamping plate, tamping frame, electronic control device and hydraulic device. The tamping hammer finally hits the static pressure on the tamping plate with cushion on the working face, and the tamping force of the tamping hammer is transmitted to the soil mass of the working face through the tamping plate to achieve the tamping effect.
In this process, because all the force of the tamping hammer is to tamp the tamping surface through the tamping plate with buffer pad, and the real-time hydraulic pressure of the tamping still continues to act on the tamping hammer, this tamping technology has the characteristics of long tamping time and small peak force compared with the traditional construction processes such as traditional dynamic compaction and heavy hammer compaction, and will not easily produce shear damage to different filling layers, which can more effectively ensure the compaction effect, At the same time, it can prevent dust and filler splash, and the safety and environmental protection is more prominent. Compared with traditional surface rolling technologies such as roller compaction, rapid impact compaction has strong and uniform penetration ability, which can effectively reduce the surface hardening formed during compaction, make the compaction degree of the subgrade evenly distributed in a greater depth, and achieve better compaction effect.
