The rapid impact compactor principle is
lift the ram to a certain height with a hydraulic cylinder and release it. The ram accelerates its descent under the combined action of gravity and hydraulic pressure. Since the action of the rammer on the ground is implemented by the ramming plate with cushion and static pressure on the ground, compared with the traditional compaction technology and the continuous action of the mobile high-speed hydraulic rammer, its peak force is small, the action time is long, the function is soft, it is not easy to cut and fill the streamline, and rapid impact compactor has the functions of dust prevention and splash prevention. Compared with the traditional surface rolling technology, its penetration is strong and uniform, it is not easy to form surface hardening in the foundation treatment, and rapid impact compactor can obtain more uniform density in a larger depth range. As a general-purpose mobile high-speed hydraulic compactor, in order to directly tamp the structure without tamping plate, the action mechanism of the ground has greater tamping strength than the traditional tamping technology (dynamic tamping, etc.), and it can also be used to break the ground and other structures.
Application scope of rapid impact compactor
